The farmyard reflected in his sunglasses, Neil takes a few minutes to gather his thoughts. He’s a busy farmer working alongside his mom, dad and brother. He spends most of his time outside; his phone is a constant companion and his shirt pocket his filing cabinet. Besides being a farmer he is dad to three boys who are learning to love agriculture just as he did as a youngster. This image could be any farmer or rancher in the country. They work hard and they know their business well enough to manage most circumstances in their fields, barnyards, or tractor cabs. Today’s farmers are high tech business men and women dedicated to producing food, fiber, and feed for the world.
